These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by Inferno Customs, LLC (“Inferno Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

1. Program description

When you opt in, Inferno Customs may send you text messages related to your interactions with our shop, including: appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes and estimates, build and order status updates, follow-ups, and responses to your customer-service questions.

2. How you opt in

You may consent to receive text messages from Inferno Customs by any of the following:

• Providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to be texted while in person at our shop;

• Entering your mobile number into a contact, quote, or lead form on our website and submitting it;

• Calling or sending a text to our business number first, after which we may reply by text;

• Writing your mobile number on a work order, invoice, estimate, or sign-up sheet and indicating you agree to be contacted by text.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, the status of your vehicle or order). You may receive recurring messages.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Inferno Customs is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods above.

7. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not sell or share mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
