Marine Electronics
Fish finders, chartplotters, radar, night-vision cameras, and the wiring behind them. We install Garmin, Humminbird, Lowrance, Simrad, Raymarine, SiOnyx, JL Audio, and Scanstrut. The unit on the dash is the easy part — the reason electronics underperform is almost always transducer placement, power, or networking.
Why doesn't my fish finder read at speed?
Nine times out of ten it's transducer placement. A transducer mounted in turbulent water, behind a strake, too close to the prop wash, too high or too low on the transom, loses the bottom as soon as the boat moves. Repositioning it is usually cheaper than replacing the unit, and we'd tell you that before selling you a new one.
Can you network what I already have?
Usually. Most modern units will share sonar, chart, and radar data over a network, and a lot of boats have two displays that have never been introduced to each other. We'll get them talking, put the data on both screens, and set it up so it makes sense from the helm.
What we install
Garmin, Humminbird, Lowrance, Simrad, and Raymarine, displays, transducers, radar, and the power and network wiring behind them. We also correct existing installs.
Do you warranty your work?
Our labor is warranted for life. If our work caused the failure, we cover it.
